What are the major grounds for annulment?

Hi, I have read your advise regarding relationship which only lasts for few months. Can it be considered as ground for annulment? We had misunderstanding with my husband regarding financial matters four months after our marriage last January 2007. Another problem is my husband has no plan to spend for annulment processing. How can I force him to do so?
