    Since a lot of people have misleaded UKBA with false documents and stuff the criteria for not only Indians but alsmost all South Asian nationals is bit tough. But if you really meet all the requirements for Bristish nationality and provide with true informations and accurate dicuments, there should be no difficulty for you to have british citizenship, whether you're an Indian or Pakistani national!
