What are the income limits for getting tax credits in UK?

A. The total annual income limits that generally apply before your tax credits in the UK are reduced or stopped altogether are as follows:

if you have children it is £58,000 - this will go down to £41,000 from 6 April 2011
if you're single without children it is £13,000
if you’re in a couple without children it is £18,000
