Pike - body angled ahead more than 90 qualifications at the hips while the legs are kept straight
Tuck - a place in which the knees and hips are angled and drawn into the chest; the body is bent at the waist
Salto - a flip rotating about the waist
Twist - rotating about the midline axis of the body
