What an individual do for Watancard if he lost his NIC?

I am Safoora from village of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. Sir I have send sms on 9888 through my mobile but I have receive sms that I am not eligible for Watan card, my question is what an individual do for Watan card if he lost his NIC?
