stick rubber ducks in a pool of water...write numbers on the bottom of them...which ever child gets matching numbers they win a prize...

how about a scavenger hunt the clues on the baby chicks looking for their mommy then at the end they find the mommy and all the kids get a prize like a goodie bag. Make sure each child gets a clue.

I did this with my own children only it was a clue to a place to go and at the end they had a chalkboard at the end with things I thought were special about them. they loved it.

maybe label 1-10 your child being the first and then go by alphabetical order or age. If u have real small ones a picture of the next spot. or pair small with big kids so they can help.
