Visa transfer problem.

My last working day in my company was 17th June'09 (Abu Dhabi based company). I got a new offer from a Abu Dhabi based company & I submitted my Documents including NOC & Passport copy but the new sponser could not transfer my visa(in 30 days period) and in the mean time my company cancelled my visa on 11th Aug'09 but they(new sponser)had taken the transfer copy(Green 2pages) on 8th Aug'09 and they(new company informed me on 10th Aug'09 that they had transfer form with them but i had signed my visa cancellation form because they delayed too much and my visa cancelled on 11th Aug'09.Neither I nor my company signed on that(transfer paper). My question is whether I will get ban? The new sponser says I will get life ban. Is it so? I asked the new sponser to cancell that transfer form and issue me new visa but they are silent now neither they are cancelling the transfer form nor they are saying anything regarding issue of new visa. I have done nothing but i am in trouble now. What should i do? Please help me. Is it true that i will get life ban in this country though i did nothing wrong. Please help.
