I am fresh comer to UAE with Employment Visa just 2 months ago from India. I have received Labour card. Now I have some family problem & also my salary is not enough. In Dubai expenses are more like room rent, food, bus fair etc. So I decided to go back to India. My questions are as follows-
1. What is the procedure for cancellation of visa?
2. How much chance that my employer give permission to go home?
3. Can I have to pay money for cancellation to employer because Visa & Labour card expenses barred by Employer.
4. My passport is with employer if he doesn't give what can I do?
5. What is law says if fresh comer came to Dubai & he wasn't satelled in Dubai[within 3 months]& he wants to go back his country?
6. Can i got ban? how much time?
