Minnesota Vikings quarterback Brett Favre is not ruling himself out of Sunday's game at New England despite two fractures in his left ankle.
Favre, 41, wore a large gray walking boot on his leg to the podium for his regular conference in Eden Prairie, Minn.,saying
he doesn't anticipate participating in full practice this week.
He spent Wednesday in training room instead, joining his teammates for their post-practice huddle and walking off the field wearing the boot, shorts a sweatshirt and a Minnesota Twins Cap.
