Is there a specific term used when a parent continually uses the police to discredit the other parent. Examples: Calling the police because one parent won't let the other take thier child somewhere "or" calling the police if they separate and one parent calls the police to do a well baby check when that parent knows that the child has never harmed by the other parent? When it's done 5 times before a court date will a Judge be able to see something like and see the tactics one of the parents is doing?
