Rural Community Council (RCC) was established in September 2003 to address socio-economic deficit existing in under-developed and neglected part of NWFP where basic facilities and amenities of life are comparatively in shockingly dismal condition. In order to address this Socio-economic backwardness of this region Rural Community Council (RCC) came up with comprehensive plans to bridge the developmental gaps existing in the region. It is non profit and non governmental organization that support the community through identifying their problems, sensitize them and lead them towards prosperity and development.
