• Most recently, Mike was responsible for the day to day operations and development of The Power & Light District in Kansas City, MO. The project encompasses 9 city square blocks, totaling $850million. It includes 575,000sf of entertainment/retail, 1.2 million square feet of office including the new world wide headquarters of H&R Block, 5 residential towers totaling 1,500 units, a 220 room Hilton Hotel, a 223 room boutique hotel, and over 5,000 new parking spaces.
• Leased over 150,000 square feet annually with national tenants such as: AMC, Bice, Lucky Strike, Loro Piana, Gordon Biersch, Magic Johnson Loews Theaters, Hermes, Office Depot, Alain Ducasse, Circuit City, Pierre Deux, Footlocker, JoS A. Bank, Pizzeria Uno, Artisanal Bistro, Ann Taylor, Rare Hospitality, Maria Maria, Consolidated Restaurants, Louis Vitton, The Sports Authority, Equinox Fitness, Running Room, California Pizza Kitchen, etc. Current development clients include Vornado|Charles E. Smith and Barry Real Estate Company.
