Uploading Photos

I have tried many times since this weekend to upload pictures from my computer to my Facebook page. I have had no problems doing this in the past. This time it says "Upload Successful" but there are no photos in the album when I go back to it. I thought it might be my computer so I tried my husband's and it's the same situation. I thought maybe I was trying too many at one time, but the same thing happened. I have also tried the simple uploader and it does not work either. Thank you for actually having a support line to ask questions too. I can't find anything anywhere else. Your help is much appreciated. Lisa

Shawn White :: yeah when you upload photos to facebook it has lots of different servers and depending on what data centre your photos are going to... there has been problem with some parts of US data centre

Shawn White :: waite until tomorrow or later today and try your upload again
Guest13291583: So this doesn't have anything to do with what I'm doing am I'm not crazy? I've been trying since last Saturday to do this. Any idea when they think they will get it resolved?
Shawn White :: some times some Anti-Virus programs and/or circumstances might be blocking some of the required communication...

Shawn White :: what anti virus are you using
Shawn White :: did you try single picture upload?
Guest13291583: It is McAfee on my husbands and AT&T Security Suite on mine. Yes, I did try a single upload and still nothing.
Shawn White :: from the Access Protection Controls if you disable your antivirus upload should work if that is the problem

I recommend that you install the most recent version of your particular browser (Internet Explorer 7.0). If you continue to have problems, try switching to a different supported browser (Safari and Mozilla Firefox on Macs; Internet Explorer, Safari, and Mozilla Firefox on PCs)
