   i had a fall over 6 months ago where i hit my head. now i have chronic pain in my right temple that is at least a 9 out of 10. when i touch my right temple it feels like there are BBs under the skin, and it is extremely tender to the touch. the pain never goes away, even with narcotic pain medication. scans do not show any bleeding or injury. what could this be?

   dont have the qualifications && dont want to be giving you bent advice- i would personally advise you take a visit to the doctors- to tackle the problem straight away before it gets any worser. get well soon.
