Unexplained Audio

My laptop has been emitting voices from the speakers and I have no idea where they are coming from. Sometimes I get what sounds like a news broadcast or radio station or a bunch of random commercials but a majority of the time I get "Congradulations, you've been selected to receive a free Nintendo Wii." My problem is that when this happens, nothing pops up or lets me know where it's coming from. The voices even overpower sounds from games or videos. Help please!
