Hello,
I have the explorer 8300HD cable box. I just got a JVC RX-5000v receiver that goes with a surround sound system.
Speakers are connected properly. the issue is I am getting no sound. I have tried to connect the cable box with audio white & red cables also tried a separate pair of a/v cables the yellow red white set... trying different combination's of connecting the two boxes together with no result..
Can you provide a key to this situation ?
Please advise.
