UAE RULE

I have been working with a company in Dubai for last 5 Month as an accountant general in the contract.
Employer asked me to given your resignation, Letter after that I given My resignation to him ,dated was 31-05-2009 , Almost one month notice period finished. and I made signature also cancellation paper but still not yet cancel my visa . My company not yet give my salary (40day) Could you please advice me on what I have to do in such a situation
