I am experiencing an elevated Error Rates on twitter, what is wrong with twitter? Will someone help me out here?

    Twitter's Status blog notes that the service is "Experiencing elevated error rates," telling users, "You may experience some problems loading twitter.com and with Twitter clients. We are aware of the problem and are taking action." The cause of the issue is unknown. These problems accessing Twitter.com come hot on the heels of the site's announcement that it would begin offering HTTPS encrypted browsing. Attempts to access Twitter.com lead to the message, "Something is technically wrong. Thanks for noticing--we're going to fix it up and have things back to normal soon."
