    Hello, Make sure it is not a left-hand thread on the spindle which would require turning the opposite way to remove the nut. If it's still too tight to remove with regular tools, take it somewhere that has a large pneumatic impact wrench which will probably break it loose. If it's severely rusted, the nut might have to be heated with an acetylene torch. regard
