Low Batt, so ,I replaced the 4amp Batts. Now the device low batt message and Low Batt Key 2.

unable to clear.

    Ok, first you need to press * and then 2 and see what zone light comes on. If it is zone 1, it may be a low battery, but does not have to be. If zone 01 comes on, press 1 on the keypad. If only zone 01 remains lit, then it is the battery in the main panel. If zone 02 is lighting up when you press * 2, then you need to check where it is plugged in. This is indicating an AC power failure.
