Trouble brewing after cleaning.

I recently cleaned my keurig coffee maker, which was working fine but due for a cleaning. I cleaned the removable parts, and ran vinegar through the coffe maker several time, then ran water through it. Now the coffee maker is not brewing correctly. When I hit the medium cup button, it only fills the cup up about 1/4 of the way.
