Transparent Tiny insects found crawling on walls.what are they?

Have found smal insects crawling on the walls of my flat in London.They are 1-2mm long and transparent with 3 black dots, which I presume are internal organs and a slight point at end. They dont appear to jump, but have found them crawling on walls in living room and above bed in bedroom. May not be linked (or psycological) but em and my husband skin feels a bit itchy...there are no obvious bites. Would imagine they are some sort of mite...but didn't think mites could get that big! What do you think they are? Can we get rid of them?
