Transit through UAE

I have to book a ticket back to my home India. I planning to book an etihad or qatar airways flight from moscow to delhi but I'll have to go through abu dhabi or doha & the time between the connetection is just 1:10 mins. I want to know if I Through check-in at Domodedovo airport will i need to go through the customs again at the transit airport or i can deboard & go directly to my gate of departure as I'll be having very less time to catch my flight if i have to go through the customs again.
