My DVD/CD-Rom driver is no longer detecting software or Dvd's, I tried to use windows updates to repair the driver but it didn't fix the issue. Windows update just slowed down my computer and I just ended up restoring my computer with system restore. I also tried to update the driver software by doing the automatic search for driver updates and I also tried to repair the driver by browsing my computer for software. The update process with the device manager was unsuccessful and it keeps displaying a new tab saying that my driver is up to date and also stating that windows has determined the best software for the device.. The name of the driver is: TSST corp CDDVDW TS-L633A ATA device. Please help me and provide me with some useful information. Thank you kindly.
