Torque specs for bolts attaching brake caliper to fork tube on 2009 Harley FXD

Does anyone know the torque specs for the two bolts that attach the front brake caliper to the mount on the front fork tube? I'm mounting a decal plate and wanted to know the torque before I take the bolts out. Also, what type of Allen wrench is used?
