Tips to minimize anger in classroom

I’m new into teaching and the biggest issue I’m having is anger management in classroom. I’m doing things at my own but I really need some advice from experts… Any suggestions please!

    Deal well with bullying... this can be one big reason for anger in classroom!

    Describe acceptable behavior, superior behavior, non-acceptable behavior and the consequences in your class. Make clear from day one that racism, sexism or bullying of any fashion is not tolerated.
