Tiny Worms in Multiple Toilets

Today we found 1-5 worms in about 4 of our house's toilets , they are alive and from what ive read they arent parasites and are most likely insect larvae and also that they are most likely coming from the septic tank. I was hoping that somebody would know a way to get rid of them. It has rained a lot lately and our water comes from a well. Another question, are the worms only restricted to the toilet since they are most likely coming from the septic tank or is all of our water supply in the house subject to these worms or is it safe to shower.
