It is the age-old debate, but rather than wasting Steven Gerrard out wide, which of Gerrard, Frank Lampard and Gareth Barry should Capello opt for in the middle against Croatia tomorrow?

    I am against the notion that Frank Lampard and Steven Gerrard cannot play together in the middle; for me, it will always be your best players, in their best positions.
