   Thomas Jefferson was born in April 13, 1743 into a planer family in Virginia. All together they were ten brothers and sisters. His mother name was Jane Randolph and she was a daughter of Isham Randolph. Jefferson’s father name was Peter Jefferson, he was a planter and surveyor in Albemarle County.
   When Thomas Jefferson was at the age of 22, his oldest sister died at the age of 25 on October 1, 1765. It was a very sad moment for Thomas Jefferson as his sister who had been married to Thomas Bolling and sister Martha who wed in July to Dabney Carr, both of these events made him very sad and the death of his sister was really a very sad incident for him. He was only left with his younger sister.

   Later in 1801, Thomas Jefferson became president of United States and he was the author of Declaration of Independence. He was a influential father and his aim was to make America as Empire of Liberty that would promote republicanism.

   Jefferson also served as Governor of Virginia between the time (1779-1781). And he also escaped the British prison in 1781. Most people did not want him as a governor of Virginia and because of that reason he was not successful in the state of Virginia. Between the time period of 1784 to 1789 he lived outside the United States. He also served sometime in Paris as a commissioner to help negotiate the commercial treaties. He became U.S Minister to France in 1785 after succeeding from Benjamin Franklin.
