I hope that this news is already in your knowledge but I just want to remind you about this important issue. This news (http://www.dawn.com/2011/07/31/policemen-in-uns-sudan-mission-on-tenterhooks.html) was published in Dawn on 31st July 2011. According to this, a colonel level officer is not following the orders of Interior and Foreign ministries. I would like to know that if this news is true and the colonel is not forwarding the letter without any reason, then why the media has not reported (apart from the above mentioned article) on this issue? If you already know the details and know about any reason behind not forwarding the ministries's letters then I would be grateful to share it with me.
