    Well cricket is getting to be money oriented but actual thing which is to be counted is the fame. When there is fame attached with any thing. There is always an element of money involvement.

   Cricket is a game which is getting more money oriented because the cricket boards are paying quite handsome amount to the international players. Besides that the players are also getting lot of appreciation amount from ICC as well which altogether make it more money oriented. 

   Now coming to the major element which marked cricket as to be the money oriented game. The 'bookies' play very vital role in making more and more money to the players in very short time period. 

   The bookies are the on who invest very heavy amount on winning or loosing of game or even on the single ball to be bowled during the match.

   In the recent past three of the players from the Pakistani team who were on tour to England were caught in such an activities and are banned to play further cricket.

   So there are always things which are getting fame are always directly attached to money gambling and other activities which are related to money.
