The best way to get a job that pays better than your current job? People work in the dead end jobs for years, sometimes even for their entire life. i am in a similar situation, i have been working in a same job for the last 4 years and its time for me to move on. i want to know how i can find a job that is better than my current job and pays more.

I never even applied anywhere, don't know what i am worth currently and never had any other job but this since i graduated from university. any help would go a long way.
