I have a question related to the underwater mortgage. After the floods in U.S earlier this year, there have been several stories on the mortgage industry in the U.S going down. I have heard that there are some companies that are offering refinancing in this scenario but I want to know about the risks that might be involved in the refinancing underwater mortgage.
