I have a question regarding the underwater mortgage. There have so many stories and concerns about the Underwater Mortgage in the last few weeks. It does seem that the Underwater Mortgage is proving to be threatening for the U.S mortgage industry. I would like to know about the interest rate on the Underwater Mortgage.
