INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids will be received at the Main Floor, 1700 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3J 0E1, prior to 2:00 P.M. prevailing Winnipeg time, THURSDAY, MARCH 10, 2011 for:

WASHROOM UPGRADES
Bidders must obtain the drawings, specifications, and bid documents prepared for the work from Manitoba Infrastructure and Transportation, Main Floor, 1700 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3J 0E1. To obtain bidding documents, call 945-3707.
Each bid must be accompanied with a fully executed original Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid Price. No substitute for the original Bid Bond will be accepted.
A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 10:30 A.M. on Friday, February 18, 2011 at the Provincial Building, 25 Tupper St. N., Portage la Prairie, MB. Interested bidders are to meet in the Main Floor Lobby. Bids will not be accepted from bidders that have not attended the mandatory site visit.
Bidders must submit a current Certificate of Recognition (COR) or current dated “acceptable documentation” with the bid submission or within three (3) business days of the close of bidding. Failure to submit the required documentation within three (3) business days will cause the tender to be rejected.
Only firm bids will be considered.
The receipt or opening of any Bid is not acceptance; acceptance of any Bid may only be made in writing by the Department; and there is no obligation by the Department to accept the lowest or any Bid.
