Hello This will definitely be a medical problem. Turkeys, because of size and general weight are often more susceptible to developing tendinitis, and the risk increases if they come into contact with chickens. However It could just as well be a bacterial infection. as I tell So many people who come to me over the internet for medical help, your birds are best off to see a vet, if your normal veterinarian wont take them they Should be able to refer you to an avian vet who can take care of them. Diagnosis, accurately over the internet is almost impossible, except for an occasional case. Since I cannot properly tell you what it is and what to do, your best bet is a vet or avian vet, who will probably tell you its either a bacterial infection or they might say its tendinitis, but only they can tell you for sure by examining them. hope it helps
