TRANNY SWAPS. I have a 67 mustang coupe. it has a 3 speed in it,and it locked up.is there a 4 or 5

   If you wanna up the gears your going to have to at least have a conversion kit.trannys as im sure you know are not a cheap fix. Especially on a 67, the 3 speed is nice cause its original. If you live in a somewhat populated city, you might be able to find a junker that still has a working tranny but other than that ive never heard of one that will just bolt right up.
