Swollen Mammary glands on unbred goat

My unbred four yr old nubian has swollen Mammary glands. Producedsome colustrum liquid which has now changed to milk. Only producing about 1/4 to 1/3 c. daily. Doe is acting normal though. Does anyone know what is going on?
