Swift Trucking Company?

i'm trying to get on with swift trucking company i went through a website say swift will put me trough school to learn. and all so they said they pay for your motel while you are in training. site i went through is. truckersdispatch.com/ the next thing i had fill out some forms app. then emailed back to them well they call me and said i needed download these 3 files app background form and drug test form. then fax it to them. then they say they be back in touch with me. has anyone gone though this before ? i see the site is in AZ. not sure what state the training for swift would be in.

no i never had done this thing but a lot of people i know have and it is a awful job to have. my step son went with Schneider trucking and still regrets it,after all this time he is still trying to pay off his schooling debts. i don't know about swift but you have to pay back a bunch of money if you go to truck driving school they provide.

Hi,

I'm curious as to why you chose Swift above many other companies out there that will pay for your schooling as long as you sign a contract to stay with them from six months to a year? I have never had anything to do with Swift and have driven for another company that I think is much better than them.

I am part of an on-line trucking group where we are dedicated to helping new and wanna-be drivers get honest information that they are seeking about companies and trucking in general. I think you could really benefit from our group if you were to join us. We have over 300 members with many of them "seasoned" drivers. We also have a mentoring program that you can make use of.
