   there's too much on it, you should take off some of the pictures, hide the apps, and use some codes to hide your friends and blogs etc.

   Okay, for one you need to get a "good" layout.
   
   The one you have currently, lacks tables and I'd say you delete all the pictures on the actual page, start again and try and keep the page from stretching horizontally.
   
   There is plenty wrong with it, you obviously lack design skills and need a lot of help.
