i think what your doing is great!but just dont do to many exercercies that your not used to. I would also recommend that if you decide to work out your arms in the future that my gym trainer told me never to work out m arms and legs becouse youll be suppe tired next morning.
yeah you are defintely on the right track. also try eating healthier too. Foods that are less processed are better for you insides. THey amke you feel good and want to do more. Hope that helped :)
