Squint in my lefft eye by birth

Hi, I am 28yrs old and my left eye has squint since born and there is no vision in that eye which means I can not view with that eye from my child hood. is there any option that it can be recitifed through any surgery?

If not is there any option for at least squint correct for that eye.
