I have the worst anxiety with public speaking. I get so nervous and light-headed that I can even talk. Please provide me with tips that will help me out. Help will be much appreciated.

Speaking in Public is the process of speaking to a group of people in a structured, deliberate manner intended to inform, influence, or entertain the listeners. It is closely allied to "presenting", although the latter has more of a commercial connotation. Public speaking is a common source of stress for everyone and many try to avoid these connotation .These simple steps can help you do better at it, even if you don't like it. 1. Know your subject as it is always easier to speak about something you know. 2. Research the topic 3. Research the audience and hold the attention of the group as you speak.. 4. Write down some important points of the speech 5. Rehearse out loud to yourself before you deliver your speech. 6. Relax as if you have prepared for the speech so there is no need to be worried. 7. Smile will make your audience respond more positively to you and avoid frequent hand gestures. 8. Use appropriate humor to open your speech. Share with your audience your enthusiasm and it will be a fine speech.
