The Position:
Provide a personalised and professional support service to the spa team, which includes effectively and efficiently handling all incoming telephone calls, co-ordinating treatment reservations and bookings, general administration duties and support duties including general cleaning and Food and Beverage services.
Job Outline:
Greet, receive, assist and act as host to all visitors and guests to the Spa and advise guests on the range of services, treatments and spa facilities. Have a thorough knowledge of all treatments and the items available for sale at the Spa.
Ensure that the appearance of the reception and other areas are immaculate and up to the set standards of the resort.
Co-ordinate arrangements with the other staff of the spa department, which include housekeeping services, laundry and cleaning services, maintenance, and Food & Beverage services, to ensure that each visitor receives consistent and comprehensive services.
On occasions, would be required to carry out the more routine and less specialised treatments for guests.
A Proactive approach to ensuring the guests experience is memorable by participating in guest activities, as required, within the scope of responsibilities.

Experience and Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years customer service experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a day spa environment. Must have a good command of written and spoken English. Any additional languages would be preferred. The ability to interact with guests in a professional manner. Computer literacy is essential. Knowledge of First Aid would be preferred.
Must have the legal right to work and live in Australia. The Company will not provide or assist with obtaining a work permit.
