When this feeling comes over me, and it can be at any time, i feel sick and my stomach sinks. I pretty much have to sit down, but the weirdest thing is that i get an image in my head, like a film, of a man with long hair driving an open top car over a hump back bridge or a group of men playing cards in a smokey room. Dont know what is making this happen to me. Anyone got any help?
