    We, at eGrabber, sell recruiting tools and have seen many recruiters (our customers) using LinkedIn to build their candidate pipeline. And, this is how they go about doing it...

    Recruiters use our ResumeGrabber software ($69.95/month) to get profiles from LinkedIn searches and groups. You will still need to find the email address and phone #, since all LinkedIn profiles do no have them (unless they are connected to you). To do this, recruiters use our LeadResearcher software ($49.95/month). With just the contact name and company name (that you get from the LinkedIn profiles), the tool will find the business email address and phone number.
