Sirius DLP to Newer DLP by Ford

I have a Visteon Sirius radio (VP4DBF-18C815-AC) with a Sirius DLP Module (VP2L5F-18C961-BB). The DLP is no longer available and I purchased a newer DLP (7L5T-18C963-AA) but the plug in socket is different, is there a adapter for this?
