If an applicant had submitted his/her Singapore Passport application form in person over the counter, the applicant may come in person or authorise another person (proxy) in writing to collect the passport on his/her behalf. The proxy will need to bring along the letter authorising him/her to collect the passport, (pink) acknowledgement card and the required documents as stated in the card.
