Shrimp Bait Recipe

I read a post from someone by the name of Fireline 20 who stated he purchased a bag of "shrimp bait mix" and simply added water to make shrimp bait. Could anyone respond by telling me where I can purchase this mix, or if anyone can tell me what ingredients (and what proportions) they have used successfully. I hope to make some to be ready for the next shrimping season. Also, can you guess as to the shelf life of the product?
