S3 Light blinks and Check Engine light is on

   My car is a 1993 Acura Integra. my check engine light is on and its hard to start my engine, but once i got it started then comes the S3 light blinking. I waited for 5 minutes or so to warm up the engine. Then I tried to turn off the ignition and try starting my car, then thats the time looks fine.... I am having this problem specially in the morning when its cold or at rainy season...

   Please advise what to do.

   You need to reset the computer. . . find the hazzard light fuse and remove for 10 mins and put back in . this resets any problem that the computer has, but if it consists on giving you lights tell me how mant times the LED blinks on the ECU and i can tell you exactly whats wrong. hope it helps
